The ocean views from the third floor decks are incredible and should not be missed. This home has it all!This little gem of a beach town is located just south of Channel Islands Harbor between Santa Barbara and Malibu in Ventura County. Take quiet strolls on the uncrowded beaches, and undisturbed serenity of the general surrounding area. Visit the Sunday Farmers Market at the local harbor. Charter a boat to the beautiful Channel Islands for sightseeing and scuba diving, these are just a short distance away. Enjoy fabulous restaurants near by. Short drives to Ventura and Santa Barbara, Santa Ynez and Solvang, Camarillo, Thousand Oaks, Malibu and Los Angeles offer numerous activities. Silverstrand Beach is a great beach for all kinds of water activities, surfing, scuba diving, body surfing, boogie boarding, deep sea fishing, and sight seeing. This place has it all!
